ETHICAL STATEMENT

  1. People
    1. I will treat people as independent, unique, irreplaceable, active and autonomous beings
    2. I will not treat people as property
    3. I will understand and respect their physical and emotional boundaries.
  2. Pro-Bono Work
    1. I will spend at least 50% of my photography time on pro-bono projects
    2. I will always make time to respond to requests for help
  3. Keeping Promises
    1. I will only make promises I am confident you can deliver
  4. Clear Expectations
    1. I will agree formally what will be done in any shoot or project and on what terms
    2. I will admit difficulties early and work with those involved to resolve them
  5. Sustainability
    1. I will minimise waste, travel, consumption of rare and precious resources, and my contribution to global warming
